Hii everyone!!! I apologize for the lack of updates/ blog posts. I have been swept by exams and essays from this summer term. When I work on an essay, I put all my energy and focus onto it and neglect other things. I put in so much time working on my socio essay that I did not put in any time to study for my biology exam. I pretty much studied the material....let's say skimmed through it ON the day of the exam. During the exam, I was able to answer some questions well, others....I wish I had dedicated more time on. Fortunately, throughout the term, I took my own notes from the text book on some chapters so I somewhat had an idea of what things mean. There are about 50 people enrolled in the class, however only about 15 people show up to lectures, I was one of the very few who attend each lecture so I got a lot of knowledge from it. Except for that one day where I left the lecture midway because my friends found it pointless and persuaded me to go out with them. Overall, I think I did decent, we'll have to see because the grades do not come out until the end of this month. =)
I can now finally say that I survived the first year of University. And that I have half a month of summer left to frolic in the grass! Some bad news for me....three of my close Uni friends are leaving the school. One is headed to the U.S, and the two others are moving to college. It really opened to me that as you grow older, people come and go. I'm just very grateful to have met them and gotten to know them, these people will have a place in my heart.
After my sociology final exam, I spent a day with friends and we headed to Pickel Barrel for dessert!!

After indulging on sundaes, we walked around town and took our time at a garden. Which had a fountain in the center. At night time, we stopped by Gino's Pizza and munched on a half veggie, half meatball pizza. It was absolutely a day to remember.
